Terms of "Use."

By accessing or using Graphix ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you're using Graphix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Service.

Graphix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service. You may not frame or mirror any content without our prior written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@graphix.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. Accounts found to be using false information may be suspended without notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Graphix and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Graphix a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) upload malicious code or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including suspending or terminating accounts.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We make no warranty that the results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any data obtained through the Service will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Graphix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid Graphix in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We'll provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you by email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you don't agree to the updated terms, please stop using the Service.
